Celebrating Children's Week

We felt this is a wonderful opportunity to honour and promote the rights, well-being and development of children.

Throughout our centres we organised fun, educational activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling sessions and science experiments that engaged the children and encouraged creativity. It was wonderful to see how children expressed themselves through art!

This initiative encourages our Tall Tree Mullaloo children to express their creativity while highlighting the importance of a safe and clean environment. The Kwila room, inspired by their recent group mat session, created a 3D piece on canvas using paint and popsicle sticks, reminiscent of their magnet tiles!

We also had the honour of being invited to attend the Children’s Week Community Event at the Wanneroo Showgrounds on Sunday. It was a wonderful event and an opportunity for some of our team to be out in the local community showcasing the beautiful experiences we offer in our Early Learning Centres. Children, young people and adults alike spent time with us making magic tea potions, creating unique birds nests from clay and making stunning natural fairy wands with sticks, feathers and flowers! Thank you to everyone who visited our stand on the day including Natalie Herridge, Councilor for Wanneroo!

By focusing on fun, education and community, Children’s Week has been a memorable and impactful time for everyone involved!
