It is with much excitement that we announce, Natalia Dyer, has commenced her position as Head of Operations for the Atlantis Group and we warmly welcome her to our team.
As The Atlantis Group continues to expand, particularly with our Tall Tree services, spanning Early Learning and OSHC in the central and southern suburbs of Perth, we recognise the need to support and strategically manage the operational side of the business, to ensure we continue to provide a best-in-class service to all our children and families.
Natalia’s team consists of our Area Managers, Pedagogical Leader and our Lead Sports Coordinator. Collectively, they will oversee the day-to-day operations of the group, ensuring we continue to operate with best practice, in accordance with our laws and regulations, policies and procedures and ensuring all our children and team are reaching their full potential. This will help us strive towards our goal of becoming the employer of choice and industry leaders within our communities for both Early Learning and School Aged Care.
Natalia brings to the role a wealth of experience and knowledge from a variety of industries including Royal Automotive Club, Qantas Airlines, Opal Aged Care and the Arcadia Group.
Originally from Santander, Spain, Natalia successfully completed a Diploma in Management before embarking on her career journey working in senior roles including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Manager Operational Excellence and National Manager Qantas Cabin Crew.
With decades of experience in an operational and leadership background, Natalia has a proven ability to focus and succeed in providing exceptional customer service.
When asked what attracted Natalia to the Childcare industry she comments “I wanted to make a difference to people’s lives in such an important and vulnerable chapter in their young lives drawing on the similarities I have learnt through managing operations on the other side of the spectrum in
Aged Care.”
Natalia continues “My career objective is to always put customers at the heart of decision making and make a difference to the people that interact with your business and ensure a positive experience at all times."
"I'm driven to ensure all team members feel supported, are provided with the right tools to succeed in their roles, operate with confidence, and provide a fun, positive workplace, where team members not only enjoy coming to work, but can develop and grow their careers," Natalia continues.
Natalia will be very active across all our services and we ask that you join us in welcoming her as Head of Operations to The Atlantis Group.
