Meet
Belle
Trainee Educator at Tall Tree Early Learning Subiaco

As a trainee, I have a lot to learn! Since day one at Tall Tree I've been surrounded by skilled coworkers that have actively trained me and encouraged my development as an Educator. My first room leader involved me in every process, she was a great example of parent interactions, how to complete learning cycles, and creating meaningful moments with the children. As a trainee you feel like an important and essential part of the team!

At Tall Tree it feels like there is a system in place to help you progress. Room leaders, educational leaders, and the management team are all invested in your growth and are always willing to offer guidance and support. I'm given time off the floor for my studies and I frequently go to my coworkers for questions about things in my workbooks.

  • I love seeing the children grow! There's such a special feeling about seeing how far they've come in their learning and watching them become their own little person.
  • love day-to-day interactions with the staff. At Tall Tree we look out for each other and that love and care is obvious in the way people talk to each other and help other teams in the centre.
  • I really appreciate the attitude of growth at Tall Tree. There's a lot of focus on always doing better and finding ways to make improvements in our programs, the learning environments, and our children in interactions.
