Meet
Leigh
Regional Manager at Tall Tree

Hi, my name is Leigh and I am one of the Regional Managers at Tall Tree. I have had the pleasure of working with Tall Tree for the last year. After many years working with other major childcare providers both locally in Perth and interstate, I choose to move to Tall Tree, because they are a locally family-owned and operated company.

My passion for Early Childhood Education began over 20 years ago and I've had the privilege of working across all roles within Early Childhood Education and Care, before moving into Management and Leadership roles.

As a full-time working mum of two children, I understand the importance of building strong relationships between our educators and families. More and more families are finding themselves time-poor, stressed and pressured. I have been in these parents’ shoes and can relate.

My favourite part of my job is the variety this role brings. I love working alongside a portfolio of services and assisting Centre Managers and Assistant Managers develop into their full potential. I strive to ensure my services are operating at an exceeding level and I enjoy being able to provide value to each service and seeing the impact it has on the team, children, families and the broader community.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time with my family and friends and enjoy holidaying and making memories.
