About the Role:
We’re seeking an inspiring Educational Leader with a talent for building a positive, team-oriented culture. If you're an enthusiastic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), with a drive to guide and mentor others to deliver high-quality education in an Early Childhood setting, this role is for you! This role will be a hybrid position, with 2 days dedicated to the Educational Leader responsibilities and 3 days as an Early Childhood Teacher in our Kindy room.

What We're Looking For:
Earn between $36 - $46 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Plus, eligible educators may have access to the Worker Retention Grant, designed to support long-term commitment and professional development in the early childhood education sector.
