Your Role

About the Role ✨

As a trainee educator, you’ll play an important role in supporting young learners, fostering their development, and creating a welcoming space for growth. Under the guidance of experienced educators, you will:

  • Assist in play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and discovery.
  • Help maintain a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
  • Gain practical experience in early childhood education best practices.
  • Support program planning and implementation in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Build relationships with children, families, and colleagues in a warm and professional manner.

Your Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for Early Childhood Education – You love working with young children and making a positive impact.
  • Eager to Learn – Committed to completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Great Communication Skills – Ability to connect with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Full Work Rights in Australia – To be eligible for this opportunity.
Remuneration & Benefits

Earn between $24-$25.66 per hour, based on your experience. Plus, eligible educators may have access to the Worker Retention Grant, designed to support long-term commitment and professional development in the early childhood education sector.
