Your Role

About the Role
As a Room Leader at Tall Tree Early Learning in Landsdale, you will:

  • Lead a team of passionate educators to create engaging learning experiences based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Guide child-led, project-based learning activities that focus on curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Ensure the centre remains a safe, welcoming space where children, educators, and families feel valued.
  • Take initiative and approach challenges with problem-solving, creativity, and positivity.
  • Maintain a high standard of child safeguarding and wellbeing practices, ensuring the safety and happiness of every child.

Your Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Leader: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, along with all relevant certifications for child safety.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships, handle challenges, and create a culture of trust and support.
  • Passionate & Proactive: Ready to take on challenges with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Working Rights: Full work rights in Australia.

Remuneration & Benefits

Earn between $33 - $36 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Plus, eligible educators may have access to the Worker Retention Grant, designed to support long-term commitment and professional development in the early childhood education sector.
