Be the right hand of your Centre Manager and have a positive influence across various aspects of the Service. Build on your management and personal communication skills in a supportive role. You will work closely with the Centre Manager in providing all necessary support, as well as managing the professional development needs of staff.
As Assistant Manager you assist our Centre Manager with day-to-day operations, and step onto the floor to support the team when necessary. Assistant Manager's are responsible for following enrolment leads, conducting Centre tours and assisting with planning incursions and excursions. You form and maintain important relationships with our children, families, and your team to ensure a positive work and care environment for all. You will be guided through a training program that ultimately enables you to step-up and confidently take on management responsibilities when your Manager is away and with a long-term view to internal promotion.
